One from the archives - Newborn mice relocation

A few days ago dad was clearing out the greenhouse and when he lifted up one of the floor slabs he found a nest made from paper and plastic were six little baby mice. As the nest had collapsed in I decided to get a few photographs on this rare find. After filming and photographing them I relocated them into the hedge mouse box so I could keep an eye on them via the camera inside and as its very close to the original nest so I thought the mother might hear the babies calling for food.
I am happy to say 24 hrs later mother mouse came in and took all six to a different nest some where deep in the hedge.

Thanks for reading

Mike
